At WoofWearz, we want to make sure your orders reach you quickly and safely. Below you’ll find our shipping terms and conditions:
1. Shipping areas
We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and countries within the European Union.
If you would like shipping to another destination, please contact us in advance so we can evaluate feasibility and conditions.
2. Delivery times

Mainland Spain: 3 to 5 business days

Ceuta and Melilla: 3 to 5 business days

Rest of the EU: 4 to 10 business days
The delivery times indicated are approximate and may vary depending on public holidays, order volume, or reasons beyond our control (such as logistical or customs delays).
3. Shipping costs
Mainland Spain:

Standard shipping: €5.00

Free shipping on orders over €100
European Union:

Flat rate from €12.00

The final amount will be calculated during checkout based on the destination country
Please note: Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight, volume, or final destination of the order.
4. Courier services
We work with well-known courier companies such as Correos, SEUR, GLS, MRW, among others, selected according to the destination and type of shipment to ensure efficiency and traceability.
5. Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can check the delivery status in real time.
6. Delivery issues
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier company will leave a delivery notice or attempt to contact you to arrange a second delivery.

7. Customs and taxes
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or outside the European Union, any potential customs fees or local taxes will be borne by the customer. WoofWearz is not responsible for these additional charges.
8. Incorrect address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, it can be resent once the new shipping costs have been paid.
9. Damaged parcels
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept it and notify the courier company. In addition, email us as soon as possible at woofwearz1@gmail.com so we can help you manage the claim or replacement.
